Born in the Dominican Republic and raised in Brooklyn, NY, Vivian has navigated 23 moves and overcome significant challenges, including a health crisis and family struggles. Her resilience and determination led her to become the first of eight siblings to earn a Broadcasting Degree from Brooklyn College and establish a distinguished media career.
